Please list all entities with whom MOJ shares the personal info of
individuals.

 

Clarification requested

 

The above part of your request is currently very broad; if left as-is, it
will need to be refused on the basis of requiring substantial collation
and research, per section 18(f) of the Official Information Act 1982.

 

To avoid this, we propose the above request be clarified to:

 

Please list all entities that are part of, or owned by “LexisNexis” or
“RELIX inc” with whom MOJ shares the personal info of individuals.

 

Please advise if this clarification is acceptable by 5PM Wednesday 12 July
2023. If we do not receive a response, we will proceed with the OIA using
the clarified version of this part of your request.
