Please can you provide the documents detailing the viability of each
Polytechnic.

 

We are refusing your request under section 18(g) of the Act, as the
information requested is not held by the Ministry. We believe that the
information in scope of your request is held by the Tertiary Education
Commission (TEC). We would normally transfer your request to TEC, however
we understand that you have already made this request to them. As such,
you can expect a response from TEC in due course.

review my decision on your request, in accordance with section 28 of the
