James Dann made this Official Information request to Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority
The request was partially successful.
From: James Dann
Dear Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority,
I would like to request any information that was provided to, or from, CERA or the CCDU, with regards to the widening of Manchester Street. CERA has stated that the widening of the street was required under the transport plan for the city. I would like information regarding traffic management, design, heritage, and urban planning considerations that went into this decision.
Yours faithfully,
James Dann
