Information regarding nuclear power generation is more closely aligned with the responsibilities of the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), therefore MBIE would be best placed to respond to this request. Are you happy for me to transfer this to MBIE, or are you specifically interested in information held by the Ministry for the Environment (MfE)?

As this is a large request, and would likely require significant resource to carry out necessary archival searches, would you consider narrowing the scope of your request? Is there a particular time period, Minister, news story, or policy decision within the time period specified that you are wanting information on, that could enable us to carry out a more targeted search?

If you could please let me know by 5pm Thursday 29 August that would be much appreciated.
