Kia ora John,

 

I am writing regarding your Official Information Act request, received by
the Ministry for the Environment (the Ministry) on 10 August. This request
asked for information on a number of funds. As you know the Ministry
decided to extend the timeframe for responding to your request by 20
working days, under section 15A(1)(b) of the Official Information Act
1982.

 

A final decision was due to be communicated to you by 6 October. I
apologise that this has not happened. The Ministry is still carrying out
final consultations on your request and once these are finalised we will
be able to send you a final response. We will provide this response as
soon as is practicable.
