I have made a request earlier this year, ref: H202115062
May I request an update information of my previous request, my original questions are
"“A list of vacancy (ministerial appointment only, e.g. board member, Lay member, Trustee
etc) that the nomination period has been closed but still under consideration by the MoH
or relevant Minister.
In your list, can you please include the date that vacancy been advertised and when the
vacancy been closed as well. Also, if any are still under consideration, please kindly provide how many applications you have received for these positions.

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to Manatû Hauora (the Ministry of Health) on 20 October 2022 for:
“The Chinese Medicine Council has been established. May I kindly request
the full meeting minutes of the Chinese Medicine Council from it's
establishment to now. Also the pay rate of it's member.
The Chinese Medicine Council’s (the Council) meeting minutes are not held
by Manatû Hauora or any other government agency, therefore, your request
is refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act. Manatû Hauora does not fund
the Council and does not determine the fees paid to its members. The
Council is funded by the various fees paid by Chinese Medicine
practitioners. Manatû Hauora does not hold information regarding the
current fee rates for Council members. Therefore, this part of your
request is also refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act.
You may wish to contact the Council directly for the information you have
requested. However please note that as the Council is not subject to the
Act, they are not required under legislation to provide you with this
information. You can contact the Council
