Dear Ministry of Health,
Please supply the following information under the Official Information Act (OIA):
1. I am seeking a full and complete, unredacted copy of the contract between the New Zealand Government and Pfizer?
I remind you of Kelsey vs Minister of Trade [2015] NZHC 2497 which determined “The crown has entered into an international confidentiality agreement with other negotiating state parties. This cannot override the domestic legal effect of the [Official Information] Act [1982]” and
Any Court rebuttal regarding or claiming a lack of public interest is strongly refuted and significant evidence to the contrary is found here;

The information you have requested is withheld in full under the following
sections of the Act:
o Section 9(2)(b)(ii), where its release would likely unreasonably
prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied the
information;
o Section 9(2)(ba)(ii), to protect information that is subject to an
obligation of confidence and making it available would likely damage
the public interest; and
o Section 9(2)(c), to avoid prejudice to measures to protect the health
or safety of the public.
I have considered the countervailing public interest in release in making
this decision and consider that it does not outweigh the need to withhold
at this time.

New Zealand government and their instrument Ministry of Health still lie to New Zealander's when that contract is already in the public realm, preferring to maintain their wall of lies and deceit, contrary to the Parliamentary Declaration on Open and Transparent Government (approved by cabinet 30th August 2011). Governments, Politicians, and their servants are lying snakes, and the more Kiwi's serve their interests and swallow their filth, the more enslaved they'll become. There's a war coming.
