Advice on regional research institutes

Dear Ministry of Research, Science, and Technology,

On 21 May 2015 the government announced that it would be budgeting $25 million to encourage the formation of regional research institutes. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* All advice (including Cabinet papers, briefings, aides memoire, notes etc) on these proposed regional research institutes. I am happy to exclude emails from this request.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
