Advice on benefit increase

Dear Minister for Social Development,
On 21 May 2015 the government announced a $790 million package to reduce child poverty, the core of which was a $25/week increase in benefit levels for families with children. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* All advice (including Cabinet papers, briefings, aides memoire, notes etc) on the benefit increase and its expected impact. I am happy to exclude emails from this request.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
