I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* how many allegations of fraud have their been against MBIE staff in the last year? How many were investigated? How many were substantiated? How many were reported to police?
* What was the rough value (if any) of any fraud alleged, investigated, substantiated, and reported?

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

Thanks for your response, but it is incomplete. I had asked for information on the rough value of any fraud discovered, and no information or specific refusal is included. I'd appreciate a response to that section, otherwise I am happy to go to the Ombudsman for effective refusal.
