Kia ora Sami,

We are just getting in touch to discuss your request for maps of all fire
station turnout areas nationwide.

We have discussed your request with our geospatial team and can advise
that most stations have a specific “First Response Area” which we hold
data on. However, we do not hold a map, or maps, of these areas, as they
are subject to constant boundary change.

However, I’m advised that we can provide this information in a geospatial
data format, as a KMZ file. You can put this kind of data into viewers
like Google Earth and can view the first response areas on the map.

Would you be interested in receiving this information instead of the
requested maps?

Ngâ mihi,

Information Requests Team

Dear Official Information Requests,

Thank You for your reply.

I fully understand that FENZ does not hold maps or a map of stations First Response Area due to constant boundary changes.

However, I am interested in obtaining this information in a geospatial KMZ file of All stations 'First Response Area' instead of the previous requested maps.

Once again, thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Sami
