Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for NHI numbers
M B made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
The request was successful.
      From: M B

    Dear Ministry of Health,
Please provide:
- the PIA that considered the privacy implications of NHI numbers or other unique identifier. It is my understanding that a PIA took place in the 1990's and concluded that NHI numbers are personal information. There may be something more recent.
Yours faithfully,
Mason Helm.
