Have all rate payers been informed of the cost of this track?
Have all rate payers been informed of how this track will be paid for including what new loans will be acquired and what level of reserves will be used along with costs of maintenance?

The above engagement has just finished and the material from it has not
yet been collated.
Did community engagement include informing those who submitted feedback of
the cost of the track? The cost of the track has not been
established. The only way to find out the cost of the track is to put it
out to the market for tender. The project is not at that stage yet.
Has contact been made with all rate payers in the ward to ask if they want
this track constructed? No contact has been made with any rate payer to
ask if they want the track constructed. We are currently doing community
engagement and have asked the following questions:
Do you live in the CB area?
Yes/No
Do you support the development of the multi use track? Yes/No
Would you use the track?
Yes/No
Have all rate payers been informed of the cost of this track? The
cost of the track has not been established.
Have all rate payers been informed of how this track will be paid for
including what new loans will be acquired and what level of reserves will
be used along with costs of maintenance? None of these decisions have been
made, however in the LTP funding options listed are reserves, external
funding, loan.
Please also provide details of all consultation reports completed on the
proposed track including cost estimates and an itemised account of the
money spent on this project to date.
