Kia ora Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora,
I am requesting the following information:
1. A copy of the Food Services Agreement held with Compass Group NZ (CGNZ) as appropriately redacted i.e. no financial information of any nature is sought.
2. The list of Health Districts who have some or all of their patient meal services provided by CGNZ.
3. Out of the list provided in (2), which of these Districts have one or more Te Whatu Ora networked printers operating within an on-site CGNZ premises.
4. Out of the list provided in (2), which of these Districts where it is CGNZ practice to require its employees to collect and send patient Meal Ticket information via their personal cellular phones (i.e. not an employer-provided device), as part of its allergy food tray check process for patients with designated food allergy.
