Accountability reports for Marae Funding

Dear Hutt City Council,

Please supply the accountability reports for Marae Funding for the financial years ended 30 June 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Note that a similar request made several years ago advised:

"Each Marae has a contract each year with HCC with a set of accountabilities they have which is tied to outcomes we want to achieve in the AP/LTP. They also have to complete accountability documentation for each year BEFORE they can get funding for the next year. The funding is split evenly between each Marae (as agreed by them) and the accountabilities and requirements are very similar if not the same."
