Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,

To whom it may concern,

I hope your day is good ,I am civil engineer from Syria, got an UNHCR card in Malaysia as a refugee since 2019, so I hope u can help me in my case…..

I want to resettlement in a 3d country . I want advice and help if possible ,How can I reach to my target and start my life as human, from where I have to start my application process, what letters and document suppose to prepare? ,and how can I have been referred by UNHCR. (I don’t have financials means) .

now I am writing to provide a personal statement in support of my situation as a refugee seeking
safety outside my home country due to the ongoing conflict and instability caused by war. I am a
graduate of the civil engineering faculty University of Aleppo, where I dedicated myself to my
studies despite the challenging circumstances surrounding me.
The turmoil in my home country forced me to flee in search of a secure environment. Despite
the challenges I have encountered as a refugee, I remain determined to rebuild my life and
contribute positively to society.
During my time at University of Aleppo, I excelled academically and actively participated in
extracurricular activities and community service. These experiences have shaped me into a
resilient and compassionate individual, ready to face the challenges ahead.
As someone who has witnessed firsthand the devastation of war and displacement, I am eager
to find stability and opportunities to thrive in my new surroundings. I believe that with the right
support, I can make valuable contributions to my host country.
I kindly ask you to consider my situation with empathy and compassion, recognizing the
hardships I have endured and the potential I have to succeed given the opportunity. Your
support in facilitating my integration and resettlement would mean the world to me and would
enable me to build a brighter future for myself.
Thank you for your attention to my circumstances. Please feel free to contact me if you require
any further information or assistance.

Sincerely,

mohamad sayed
