As per the NZ Herald article dated 21st May 2024 - Statistics New Zealand to leave central Auckland office after safety concerns - by Azaria Howell

"The electorate MP added she works with Police daily on safety concerns regarding constituents and those working in the central city"

Under the OIA I would like to request the following:

Please outline the nature the nature of the work/engagement Chloe Swarbrick is doing with Police on a daily basis.

Please provide the name and rank of the officer/officers Swarbrick is in contact with or contacting on a daily basis over the last 7 months and number of contacts for each officer.

Please provide the name and rank of the officer/officers Swarbrick's electorate office is in contact with or contacting on a daily basis over the last 7 months and number of contacts for each officer.

Please provide the dates if any, Police officers haves attended a meeting/incident or visited the following addresses in the last 7 months,1 Cross Street, 76 Karangahape Road,312 Karangahape Road (all in Auckland's CBD)

While not disclosing any personal details, please provide the total numbers of texts, emails and phone calls between Chloe Swarbrick and Police each week for the last 7 months.

Please provide the total number of contacts between Chloe Swarbrick's electorate office and Police each week for the last 7 months. (no personal details are requested).

Please provide the number of requests for direct assistance or help on behalf of constituents by Chloe Swarbrick or by Swarbrick's electorate office in the last 7 months.
