I met Ms Swarbrick on one occasion in March 2024, to discuss concerns raised by some
of her constituents. This was shortly after beginning my role as Area Commander –
Auckland Central. On that occasion I also interacted with staff in her office.
The above meeting was arranged through an email exchange corresponded by email with
staff from Ms Swarbrick’s office over the period 8-12 February. Following the meeting a
further email exchange took place on 17 May to provide an update.
In addition, the acting Auckland City District Commander, Inspector Sunny Patel met with
Ms Swarbrick and her staff on 7 February 2024.
Both mine and Inspector Patel’s meetings with Ms Swarbrick took place at Auckland City
Police Hub, College Hil .
