Ownership of the Dave Henderson properties
James Dann made this Official Information request to Christchurch City Council
The request was successful.
From: James Dann
Dear Christchurch City Council,
The City Council purchased a package of properties from developer Dave Henderson in 2008. I am wondering whether the council still owns these properties, and if so, what they are planning on doing with the land and / or buildings.
Yours faithfully,
James Dann

From: Official Information
Christchurch City Council
Dear James - In response to your 28 April 2015 request for information, this Council's Property Management Unit has advised:
The Council still owns the Welles, Colombo and Para sites. The Welles and Colombo are under contract for sale.
The Para site is being held by the Council and occupied by EPIC. There are no plans in respect of this property.
I trust this answers your inquiry
Yours sincerely
