Dear Elsa,

The incident occurred when a party of two males were being escorted off the Spark Arena premises, just after the bollards. One of the males in the party then slapped and kicked one of Spark Arena's response members. A chase ensued shortly after through the Park (Mahuhu ki te Rangi Park), A few minutes after the chase had started a marked police Skoda arrived and parked outside Spark Arena, 2 officers jumped out and joined the chase, eventually catching the offender. I am assuming the nature of the incident would be Assault, and perhaps Disturbing the Peace.
A unmarked Skoda (License plate PKT815) then arrived approximately 20 minutes after the marked Skoda and parked behind the marked Skoda, and may be or may not be related to the case above.

of natural person and s6(c) of the OIA, as the making available of that

including the prevention, investigation, and detection of offences, and
