Hi Levi,

Thank you for your request dated 26th March.

I am writing to advise you that consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit

As such your request is being extended by 10 working days to the 10th May.

Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to request the Ombudsman investigate and review this extension.
