Response to this request is long overdue. By law Te Urewera Board should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Te Urewera Board,
I am writing request the following:
1: Complete electronic copies of all meeting agendas and meeting minutes of the Te Urewera Board since creation under the Te Urewera Act 2014 to date.
2: Complete electronic copies of the annual reports of the Te Urewera Board since creation. For your reference, these reports are those required under Schedule 2, Part 1, Subpart 7 of the Te Urewera Act 2014 to be disclosed to the house of representatives. For completeness, please ensure these contain all four key components laid out under subpart 7(2). I note these are not all immediately available on the Parliament website for download.
3: Electronic copies of any additional cost reports or costing information (either formal, or informal) regarding the costs incurred towards maintaining the 48 huts which were later designated for destruction by the Te Urewera Board.
4: Electronic copies of all Internal correspondence mentioning the above 48 huts since the High Court Injunction (noting additional huts were destroyed unlawfully after the injunction). This should include (but not necessarily be limited to) electronic correspondence sent and received regarding logistics of their destruction, as well as emails discussing reasoning behind huts selected for destruction (or reasoning for not being destroyed).
