Dear GRU Jobs,
With regards to your refusals to question 1, the documents or evidence I request relates to emails sent from Giles Tait in May-July 2023 to CIP requesting they update the figure to $7.5m for reporting purposes, and that KO would fund the difference being ~$2.3m. The files clearly exist and we wish to see the reasoning for the increase of "budget"/"reasoning"/"increase in spend"/"forecast"/"request for increase"/"feasibility study" to support KO's request to CIP. The forecast / feasibility study would show no more information that would "prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations" of RDC; if they did you could redact such content so long as the content and subjects contained in the feb 2024 Final Quantity Surveyor Report Summary are disclosed from said document.
I see no such reason this information cannot be provided as it would be similar to that of Final Quantity Surveyor Report Summary and would be 12 months out of date so wouldn't cause harm to RDC.
1./ I ask for the supporting documentation, emails, budgets, spreadsheets, files, communication that led to this updated $7.5m value being requested of CIP
I ask that this OIA be provided to your CEO as a letter of complaint as to you withholding this information and I ask that you confirm this is actioned.
If I do not received a satisfactory answer and you continue to withhold information, I will be forced to involve the ombudsman & ministers.
Yours sincerely,
Ohakune Ratepayers and Residents' Society Inc
