Can you please clarify if, as stated by you Megan that the "New Zealand Police (Police) is not a corporation, nor registered on DUNS";
1. That the company trading on the NEW ZEALAND COMPANIES DIRECTORY page as "NEW ZEALAND POLICE with the Company number: 300001205 and NZBN: 9429041909966 at the registered Office: 180 Molesworth Street Wellington" is a company not affiliated with the NEW ZEALAND POLICE who is also registered at the same office at: 180 Molesworth Street Wellington;
2. And if the NEW ZEALAND POLICE registered on D-U-N-s number 590216123 is not affiliated with the NEW ZEALAND POLICE which also has the same registered Office at: 180 Molesworth Street Wellington;
3. then are these entities using the same details as the NEW ZEALAND POLICE unlawfully?
4. May it also be point out that you Megan stated the Police’s New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) is 9429041909966, which is the same NZBN: 9429041909966 with the same registered Office: 180 Molesworth Street Wellington that is trading on the NEW ZEALAND COMPANIES DIRECTORY, so therefore it must be the same business/company number;

Yes, they have an NZBN. As I stated earlier, any entity (or person) who buys or sells can have an NZBN. That does not mean that they are a corporation or a company, and they have already told you that they are not.

Megan's Response:
New Zealand Police (Police) is not a corporation, nor registered on DUNS. Police’s New
Zealand Business Number (NZBN) is 9429041909966"
i have since received an email with an OIA request IR-01-22-29820 response from Megan, that contradicts Megan response to me stating "i can confirm New Zealand Police (Police) is listed on the Dun & Bradstreet business directory"
This isn't the first time OIA have been contradictory/ambiguous
In the interest of the public Police/Crown Agents need to be transparent,
Is it not correct that Police/Crown Agents are fiduciaries pursuant to the Secret Commissions Act 1910 ss 5 and 16?

The "New Zealand Companies Directory" is not an official register - it is a private list with no official status at all. Certainly, NZ Police have no responsibility for its contents. You need to check the Companies Register at the NZ Companies Office website to find official information, and you will find that NZ Police is not listed, because it is not a company. Any entity that buys goods and services can have an NZBN, as NZ Police does.
STOP WASTING their time with things that are not what you want them to be. You are belieiving false law that has never worked anywhere in the world.
