Regional
Council (Council) on 6^th December 2021 (Request).

Council’s response to your request is set out below and in

*  Re email labelled “RE:  Information for workshop –
interim bus interchange LC (Obj ID. A4017828)” - withholding a comment
made by a staff member to maintain the effective conduct of public
affairs
through the free and frank expression of opinions by an employee of a
local authority, pursuant to s7(2)(f)(i).

Since this correspondence, Tauranga City Council and Bay of
Plenty Regional Council have agreed to work together to resolve issues
that
have been identified within the CBD interchange project, on the basis of
Durham
Street (between Spring Street and Wharf Street) being the temporary
location.
This approach includes formation of a joint committee to ensure that there
is
integrated decision making across a number of projects.
