Hi Glenn,

There seems to be a problem at AT's end with emails being dropped after they receive them from us, affecting most requests made through FYI.org.nz. We raised this with AT on 14 March, but as yet the problem has not been resolved.

Our logs record the responses sent by the agency's mail server showing successful delivery of both messages:

250 2.0.0 3w1eupjb1j-1 Message accepted for delivery
250 2.0.0 3wkes02hff-1 Message accepted for delivery

No bounce was received.

Thank you for complaining to the Ombudsman. We have also raised the problem with the Ombudsman. We will be happy to assist them with their investigation should they contact us.

Received call from Ombudsman today saying AT are going to repond to me shortly.

There is an ongoing investigation regarding AT not receiving emails
