Thank you for your enquiry. As NZ On Air was formed in 1989, this footage would predate our organisation.

I suggest you may have better luck with NZ On Screen (https://www.nzonscreen.com/) and Ngâ Taonga (https://www.ngataonga.org.nz/). From a quick search, I can see there is footage available on both websites of Sir Howard Morrison, at least.
