For reference; Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977 Section 35
With respect to Section 35. "Duty of persons in vicinity to endeavour to extinguish fires", Does the current extreme fire risk, and the non-existent fire breaks at Shag Point, pose a greater risk to me as a resident?
