Specifics of work carried out by subcontractors, with a focus on entities
such as Lead Alliance, Hicks, Dempsy Wood, etc.

I believe that this information will not only enhance my understanding of
the ongoing initiatives in Point England but will also contribute to
transparency and accountability within our community.“

This extension is under section s15A(1)(b) of the Act – to allow for
consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.

The extension for 20 working days will take the due date to 25 March 2024
or as soon as possible before then.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
