Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) which was transferred from Kâinga Ora to Tâmaki Regeneration Company
on 14 February 2025 under section 14 of the Act. I am writing to
acknowledge receipt of your request for:

 

“I am writing to formally request, under the provisions of the Official
Information Act 1982, access to all correspondence, reports, emails, and
any other relevant documents relating to 111 and 113 Tripoli Road,
Panmure, Auckland, from January 2024 to present. This request includes,
but is not limited to, communications between government departments,
local councils, third-party organizations, and any other relevant
stakeholders concerning these addresses.”

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 14 March 2025, being 20 working days after the day
your request was received by Tâmaki Regeneration Company. If we are unable
to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of
