Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,
I am writing to formally request, under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, access to all correspondence, reports, emails, and any other relevant documents relating to 111 and 113 Tripoli Road, Panmure, Auckland, from January 2024 to present. This request includes, but is not limited to, communications between government departments, local councils, third-party organizations, and any other relevant stakeholders concerning these addresses.
If any part of my request is unclear, I would appreciate your guidance on refining it to ensure I receive the most relevant information. Additionally, if any information is withheld, I request a detailed explanation of the reasons for such withholding, as required under the Act.
I would prefer to receive the requested information in an electronic format via email. If this is not possible, please let me know the available alternatives.
As per the Official Information Act, I understand that a response should be provided as soon as possible and no later than 20 working days from the date of this request. If an extension is required, I request to be informed of the reason and the expected timeframe.

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) which was transferred from Kâinga Ora to Tâmaki Regeneration Company
on 14 February 2025 under section 14 of the Act. I am writing to
acknowledge receipt of your request for:
