Could you please provide it in an excel file in the following format
(columns A and B):

We can confirm your request was received on 18 January 2024.
Please be advised that this dataset is not able to be made available as
requested. This data is licensed and requires completion of a licence
agreement and subscription fee to access ongoing updates to the data. The
dataset changes regularly so access needs to be controlled to reduce the
risk of customer's using out of date information. Attached is the licence
agreement.
The cost of the extract is $450.00 + gst for a one off extract. If you do
want the data updated on an ongoing basis an additional subscription fee
would apply.
