Dear KiwiRail,
What are the extent of land holdings by Kiwirail across the whole of Greater Christchurch at the present time, other than the immediate rail corridor surrounding the main lines.
What plans/outcomes are proposed for unused land at Waltham/Linwood and land that will become vacant at Middleton with the new depot being opened at Waltham.
