Thanks very much for the response so far.
Actually I specifically wanted to see examples of the general terms of the indemnities, these appear to be in the schedules of the documents, and these have been fully redacted in the 2 have been supplied.
Noted that the reasoning for the redaction is given as 9(2)(b)(ii) and 9(2)(ba)(ii) of the OIA 1982. These are however agreements from some years back, and unless these indemnities are currently active in some relevant way, can this be provided in a less redacted manner? If you deem that the redactions are definitely necessary can you please explain more specifically how and why those 2 sections of the act apply in this case?
