Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 request to the Department of Conservation, 
received on 2 November 2023, in which you asked for:  
 
[…] all agenda and meeting minutes from 1st Jan 2022 to 2nd Nov 2023 for New 
Zealand's 15 conservation boards. 
 
In your request, you note the most up to date Conservation Boards’ meeting minutes and 
agendas had not been posted on the Department of Conservation’s website for public view.   
 
This situation has now been rectified and all agendas, and confirmed meeting minutes for 
Conservation Boards from 1 January 2022, to date, are now on the Department’s website.
