‘There are three parts to this request.

Part A

In the past requests, you have shared the medical guidelines used by the
INZ Health Assessment Team for visa processing.

Could you provide the updated medical guidelines for the following
conditions ( if there has been an update for the guidelines since the
above-mentioned OIA)

1. Cardiovascular Conditions

2. Diabetes

3. Blood Test results

Part B

In the following OIA request, some information was shared in Appendix A
and Appendix B documents.  Can you share the updated version if there have
been updates to the content related to these two documents?

Part C

Is there a separate document with a guideline on how an immigration
officer decides how/whether to grant a medical waiver for a residence
application? If yes, can you provide that document too?’
