A KS made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
The request was successful.
From: A KS
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
Here is the link to my previous request
https://fyi.org.nz/request/22372-guideli...
In my previous request I've requested the guidelines for the following conditions as part of question 1,
• Cardiovascular diseases
• Diabetes
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis C
• Renal failure and dialysis treatment
• urinalysis results
• blood test results,
However, when I checked Appendix A document , it provides the guidelines for cardiovascular conditions only
Here is the link to the Appendix A document
https://fyi.org.nz/request/22372/respons...
I also noted that you mentioned that some documents are being rewritten and currently old. However, I would like to request the documents for all of these conditions (even if they are being rewritten or old). My understanding is that documents will still be in use even though their new versions are being created.
Here is the list of conditions for which I am requesting the guidelines/relevant documents used by Health Assessment Team HAT team or INZ medical assessors.
The conditions are
• Renal failure and dialysis treatment
• urinalysis results
• blood test results,
• Hepatitis C
Hepatitis B
Yours faithfully,
A KS
