Query Ministers OIA Statement Dated 10/4/2014 Re:'Impact on ACC's ability to to carry out its functions at "arm's length" vs Role of Advisor, Government Services to Liaise with ACC and its Ministers

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Minister for ACC should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

With reference to the below Internet link, please elaborate how the role of Advisor, Government Services and the communications between the Minister for ACC, isn't in contradiction to Section 113 Crown Entities act

"Safeguarding independence of Crown entities".....

(1)This Act does not authorise a Minister to direct a Crown entity.... (b) "or the bringing about of a particular result"

I feel there is potential where having communications with the minister, could unduly influence or prejudice the release of information's
