satisfactorily addressed by council management?

All staff are offered an exit survey to complete and an exit interview
with a person of their choosing (from P&C, management or CE). P&C report
on data from the exit surveys and interviews, feeding this back to
leadership. We understand the reasons for staff choosing to leave the
compliance team and feel comfortable there are not concerns to be actively
addressed. Many have remained at HBRC and moved internally to higher level
roles.
