Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 request (the Act) to NZTE, received 10 October 2023 requesting:

Please provide details of any funding signed off by Dylan Lawrence while at NZTE either directly to, or for the primary benefit of, any entity which he is now formally associated with (for example, holding a board position).

If any funding has been given, was the NZTE CEO or Board aware of the funding before approving the external role.

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 10 October 2023. The latest date for a decision on your request is 8 November 2023.
