Information requests - the Local Government Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) includes a stand down period for information request assessment from 25 December to the following 15 January. Any information requests received for which the 20 working day timeframe ends in, or encompasses this time period will be processed after 15 January 2015.
CCTV requests - the mailbox is monitored for CCTV requests. These will processed on receipt.

Complaints - the Issues Resolution Office will assess and investigate complaints as they are received, and you will be contacted thereafter, either by the Issues Resolution Office or the Council Business Unit best placed to handle your complaint.

Dear Wellington City Council,

I am looking for information about the legal status of the "B" bus lights seen at some traffic lights around wellington.

Under the OIA I am requesting a copy of any law that allows a bus to go on a "B" bus light while the main lightis red.

I also request the locations of all such bus lights.
