Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request access to the full incident report and call logs related to an emergency incident with the reference number "F3824719." This incident occurred in the area where I reside, and I observed emergency response vehicles, including ambulances Given my proximity to the incident, I am keen to understand the details of what transpired.

As a concerned resident of Takapuna, I believe that having access to the incident report and call logs will help me gain a better understanding of the events that occurred during the incident and contribute to my knowledge of emergency response procedures in our community.

In accordance with the Official Information Act 1982, I kindly request that you provide me with the following information:

1. The full incident report for incident reference number "F3824719" including all details related to the incident, actions taken by emergency responders, and any relevant documentation.

2. Call logs or records related to incident reference number "F3824719," including information on emergency calls, dispatch times, and responses.

I understand that certain portions of the report may be redacted or withheld to protect the privacy of individuals involved or for other legitimate reasons. However, I request that you provide as much information as possible within the bounds of the law.

I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge receipt of this request promptly and provide an estimated timeline for when I can expect to receive the requested information.
