Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

I am referring to the negotiations between FENZ and the PFU described in the following Stuff story, dated Dec 18 2022: https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/3007669...

Under the Official Information Act, I am requesting the following information:

1. A copy of the Terms of Settlement between FENZ and the PFU.

2. Copies of the Salary Tables for professional firefighters covered by the updated collective agreement. This should include all positions covered by the Collective Agreement, but I am particularly interested in frontline firefighters ranked between Firefighter and Senior Station Officer.

3. Generalised information, indicating whether individuals who are not members of the PFU are/have been offered similar terms and conditions to those who are members.

I confirm I am a New Zealand Citizen who resides in New Zealand.
