I hereby request all information held by FENZ regarding communication or notification of a dispute requiring the resolution of rank and command issues before any move to consult on a restructure. This includes all communication from the Professional Firefighters Union and any other agency or individual.

This request is urgent, on the grounds that lives will be unnecessarily put at risk by any undue delay in the provision of your response, as will be evident from the information we seek.
