For some reason, I cannot view the response to John that you linked (neither the downloadable PDF nor the HTML version).
Are you able to view the previous response on FYI from your end? If you are, then I will take it as bugginess from my end.
If by tomorrow I still can't view the response on any of my devices, then I'll get back to you by COB Monday for a separate copy of the response (separate from the link provided in your reply).

The reason is likely that you are attempting to view/ download the version of the initial response that was uploaded in its entirety. The response size is large enough that it does not open correctly.
You want to scroll a little further down the page where the downloading issues have been addressed. If you keep scrolling down the page, you will see the 'John of FYI IR 01 23 9632 Response Part1.pdf' followed by 'John of FYI IR 01 23 9632 Response Part2.pdf'. This enables devices to view the response without any issues.
