Dear Ms Holgate,

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to request any diary meetings between the Mayor and members of his office between February 6 and February 8 inclusive regarding the anti-vaccine mandate convoy. I would like any documents generated prior (agendas, briefings etc) and after any meetings during this period.

I also request any documents prepared for attendees prior to the 9th February meeting attended by the mayor and other senior council staff regarding the protest, and any documents that were generated by the meeting.
