Auckland City Council is listed in the ‘Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Telecommunications Facilities) Regulations 2016 - Users' guide’ as one of the organisations that provided staff to serve as members of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG). The Users’ guide has an illustration depicting the grey cylinder design and goes into some detail on cluster formations around intersections, among other things. The integration of e-billboards into the clusters is not specifically mentioned however this combination can be found in and around Auckland City currently.
