Dear New Zealand Police,
I am seeking information regarding all complaints, information or correspondence received by Police from members of the public about speeding or driving complaints of any type on Norman Lesser Drive, Saint Johns from 1 January 2023 to 30 April 2023. Police advised they had received a number of complaints from residents about speeding on Norman Lesser Drive, Saint Johns and that is why they were patrolling it.

driving complaints in relation to Norman Lesser Drive, Saint Johns from 1
January 2023 to 30 April 2023. You requested:
o I am seeking information regarding all complaints, information or
correspondence received by Police from members of the public about
speeding or driving complaints of any type on Norman Lesser Drive,
Saint Johns from 1 January 2023 to 30 April 2023. Police advised they
had received a number of complaints from residents about speeding on
Norman Lesser Drive, Saint Johns and that is why they were patrolling
it.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the Official
Information Act 1982 and I can advise the following:
o Our National Road Policing Centre have advised that CARD data (our
records of calls to Police) does not show any 1U (Traffic Incidents)
or 6I (Unauthorised Street and Drag Racing) complaints for Norman
Lesser Drive this year.
