MEETINGS ACT 1987: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REQUEST

 

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your official information request
dated 2 May 2023 for information regarding the planned workshop on SNAs
scheduled for 8 June 2023.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 20 working days after the day your request was
received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

If the information is no longer required please let us know, it would be
much appreciated.

Request for Information pursuant to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA)

Thank you for your correspondence of 2 May 2023, in which you have requested the following official information:
"... all documents relating to the planned workshop on SNAs scheduled for 8 June 2023 as described in this document: http://infocouncil.huttcity.govt.nz/Redi.... Please indicate all parties notified of the workshop and all parties invited to the workshop."

We advise that no documents have been prepared for the SNA workshop, accordingly, your request for this information is refused under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA. Any presentation provided at the meeting on 8 June 2023 will be made publicly available following the meeting.

You have asked that we also advise you of all parties notified of the SNA workshop and all parties invited to the workshop. Invitations to the workshop have been sent to Councillors and to Hutt City Council officers from its District Plan and Democratic Services Teams. The workshop has also been included on the meeting calendar on the Council’s website: http://infocouncil.huttcity.govt.nz/?202....
