I refer to your request for Information pursuant to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA). You have requested:
"...a breakdown of all costs incurred by the Council for the Lorde concert scheduled to be held in Days Bay on February 21st and 22nd..."

I clarify that the concerts were not cancelled, but instead had their venue changed to an indoor location. Poor weather conditions prior to the concerts being held would have made the outdoor venue challenging.

The information you have requested is attached. Please note the signage costed here will be recycled and reused where possible. Costs for Hutt City Council staff are considered to be out of scope of this request.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this response. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

Please note that this letter may be published on the Council’s website.

Ngâ mihi
