To understand effectiveness of communication regarding consignment pertaining to this OIA applicant and 'Entry Number' 60680860

Please release the following information:
1. All communication made between NZ Van Lines and NZ Customs Service pertaining to consignment with ‘Entry Number’- 60680860
2. All communication made between NZ Van Lines and NZ Customs Service relating to Rev Paul Richard Thomas Stanaway (this OIA applicant) dating between 01-02-2023 and 12-04-2023
3. All communication records and details inputted on to NZ Customs system between Rev Paul Richard Thomas Stanaway and NZ Customs dated between 01-02-2023 and 12-04-2023

Please also explain any relevant caveats that should be kept in mind when analysing this information.

With regard to the below OIA request, I can advise that on 10 May 2023 Customs extended the timeframe for response to this request until 9 June 2023.

On 29 May 2023, Customs provided a response to Mr Stanaway's request via his personal email address.
